Dear Airborne Parents and Cheerleaders,
After having our monthly staff meeting last night we have decided that choosing to attend the rescheduled Groovy Jam event on Feb 13, 2010 in Tulsa is the better event to attend than our scheduled competition for WSA in Branson, MO. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for some parents who have already book hotel arrangements for this weekend in Branson. Please call me for any assistance in canceling your hotel for Branson. I was successful in getting a parent's room fully refunded for this event. So please do not hesitate to call me at cell 841-1007 or the office at 582-9567. If you have a hard time getting me remember that the desk staff office hours are 4:00-8:00 Monday - Thursday. (Devin, Livvy, Libby, Amy, or Elizabeth)
